Timothy Damewood

President & Chief Executive Officer

Tim has been successfully running facilities management operations since 1994. He began his career staffing the Olympic Games and Hartsfield airport operations under Randstad USA. Accomplishments within the fortune 500 industries have been the successful conversion and management of major companies in both North America and EMEA. Tim and the Bristol executive team continue to be very hands on in all aspects of the business and make it a practice to meet and talk with all potential clients. Tim graduated from the Thunderbird School of International Management and holds a Masters in Global Business Management.

Spencer Lord

Director of Technology Services

Spencer leads Bristols technology innovation initiatives, in collaboration with business and technology leaders across Bristol and our business partners. Spencer explores emerging technologies, assesses their impact on the company’s business, prototypes and evaluates new concepts, and recommends new strategies and solutions. Spencer is also responsible for the company’s industry standard engagements, university collaborations and technical community programs. Prior to joining Bristol in 2018, Spencer served as the Director of IT Operations for CodeFirst in Birmingham, UK, he worked in global collaboration throughout the EMEA on research and advanced technology groups and its university partners.

Michael Cole

Senior Vice President of Culinary Services

With a 20 plus year history as an award-winning chef and successful operations manager, Michael possess a record of delivering exceptional progress and operational excellence to all-scale food and beverage service providers. Michael lead functional teams that enhance menus and food quality, while being able to leverage his business acumen to run lean operations and negotiate favorable contracts with vendors and suppliers. Michael builds better menus for Bristol with superior products in ways that minimize material and logistical expenses. Michael holds degrees at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology Degree in the Field Of StudyCulinary Arts and Related Services, Serve Safe Instructor, and Certified Dietary Manager

Lynda Hamlin

Chief Accounting Officer & Controller

Lynda is Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller for Bristol. Lynda is responsible for planning, implementation, management and control of all financial-related activities for Bristol. She oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions with a focus on effectively operating the company’s cost control systems, in accordance with GAAP, and ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures. Before joining us, she was with CF Lane and oversaw the accounting for this national property management company. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Olympic College, in Bremerton, WA.

John Meyers

General Counsel

John is the General Counsel for Bristol and is responsible for all legal, compliance, and governance affairs. He is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives while advising on all major business activities. John brings more than three decades of experience working in senior leadership roles that include both public and privately held companies. Previously, he was a Managing Partner for Barnes & Thornburg LLP. John is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and Penn State University.

Megan King

Regional Director - Healthcare & Education Zone 1

Megan has extensive experience in bringing the right program to business partners by understanding their needs through active listening and understanding. She combines an understanding of healthcare and dining services with a service commitment to ensure client satisfaction. She helps business partners choose the best program through trust, respect, understanding and innovative solutions. Megan serves as a client advocate and contact for each business partner throughout the life of the partnership.

Brian Lieberman

Regional Director - Healthcare & Education Zone 2

Brian has over 20 years of experience providing full service solutions for support services within the Healthcare, Education and Commercial markets. Brian prides himself on operating with a Relentless Pursuit of Customer Value with the highest level of honesty and integrity. In his prior roles as a former Senior Management Leader and top producer for a S&P 500 publicly traded company, he supported all operations functions, candidate and client retention through excellent customer service, and with a hands on approach by internally managing day-to-day operations. Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from Rowan University in New Jersey. He has been involved within the community including, Financial Executive International, Tampa Bay Technology Forum and board of director roles with the Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Luke Madej

Manager of Facilities Operations

Prior to joining Bristol, Luke has worked in TOP TEN HOSPITALS IN THE NATION including New York Presbyterian Columbia in New York City, NY and Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey prior to that Luke had a successful career in The MTA transit and rail system. His extensive and successful career in healthcare and transit operations spans more than 16 years. Luke is a visionary dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated leader with over 16 years of experience in strong people, financial and operational management who is a catalyst for effective change with record of high performance in variety of environments including hospital, transit and facilities.

Cristina Aguilar

Manager of Staffing Operations

A Brooklyn native who has grown to call Atlanta her home. With over 20 years Recruiting and Operations experience. Cristina started out as a recruiter, and then eventually making it to the top 3 in Operations for the Southeast Region as a Regional Recruiting Manager. Cristina is now the Manager of Staffing Operations for Bristol continually verifying our service delivery and talent onboarding initiatives are achieved. She enjoys meeting new people every day, strengthening the relationships with our Business partners and bringing positive encouragement to our team. To family and friends she is funny, personable and artistic. Painting and drawing on her spare time when she's not hanging out with her 3 beautiful kids and 3 dogs. She loves to laugh and dance like no one is watching.

Talent Acquisition & Compliance Manager Zone 1

With over 9 years of talent acquisition experience, both in Argentina and the United States, Pilar provides leadership for our talent acquisition and compliance management within our Zone 1 Region. and manages our regional recruiting practices across a wide range of functional areas and compensation levels. Pilar has demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, she is a hard working team player that is dedicated to our quest for high caliber talent. Pilar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Argentina in Negocios
