Meet the Team

Timothy Damewood

President & Chief Executive Officer

Tim has been successfully running facilities management operations since 1994. He began his career staffing the Olympic Games and Hartsfield airport operations under Randstad USA. Accomplishments within the fortune 500 industries have been the successful conversion and management of major companies in both North America and EMEA. Tim and the Bristol executive team continue to be very hands on in all aspects of the business and make it a practice to meet and talk with all potential clients. Tim graduated from the Thunderbird School of International Management and holds a Masters in Global Business Management.

Luke Madej

Vice President of Operations

Prior to joining Bristol, Luke has worked in TOP TEN HOSPITALS IN THE NATION including New York Presbyterian Columbia in New York City, NY and Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey prior to that Luke had a successful career in The MTA transit and rail system. His extensive and successful career in healthcare and transit operations spans more than 16 years. Luke is a visionary dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated leader with over 16 years of experience in strong people, financial and operational management who is a catalyst for effective change with record of high performance in variety of environments including hospital, transit and facilities.

John Meyers

General Counsel

John is the General Counsel for Bristol and is responsible for all legal, compliance, and governance affairs. He is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives while advising on all major business activities. John brings more than three decades of experience working in senior leadership roles that include both public and privately held companies. Previously, he was a Managing Partner for Barnes & Thornburg LLP. John is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and Penn State University.

Gerald Quick

Vice President Support Services

Attending Johnson & Wales University has launched Gerald an amazing career in food service leadership roles spanning over 20 years in a variety of unique cultural destinations. One of Gerald's proudest memories, was opening a culinary school in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. In which, he led a team that taught culinary techniques and life skills to those impacted by the disaster. Many of these folks, were those society had left behind. Their success enabled the program to be the longest funded program for these grants. No stranger to New Orleans or the surrounding areas; Gerald as the Chef of the Mississippi Queen in the 1990's won several prestigious awards. Several years later, Gerald returned to the area, as one of the opening Chefs at the Beau Rivage. His career continued as Executive Chef for Penn Gaming as well as opening multiple bakery-cafés and a commercial artisan bakery.

Lynda Chewning

Chief Accounting Officer & Controller

Lynda is Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller for Bristol. Lynda is responsible for planning, implementation, management and control of all financial-related activities for Bristol. She oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions with a focus on effectively operating the company’s cost control systems, in accordance with GAAP, and ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures. Before joining us, she was with CF Lane and oversaw the accounting for this national property management company. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Olympic College, in Bremerton, WA.

Spencer Lord

Director Of Technical Services

Spencer leads Bristols technology innovation initiatives, in collaboration with business and technology leaders across Bristol and our business partners. Spencer explores emerging technologies, assesses their impact on the company’s business, prototypes and evaluates new concepts, and recommends new strategies and solutions. Spencer is also responsible for the company’s industry standard engagements, university collaborations and technical community programs. Prior to joining Bristol in 2018, Spencer served as the Director of IT Operations for CodeFirst in Birmingham, UK, he worked in global collaboration throughout the EMEA on research and advanced technology groups and its university partners.

Florian Sinani

Director of Environmental Services

Florian is a dedicated and effective leader who excels at using proven methods and cutting edge processes to cut costs, streamline operations and increase productivity. Florian is a detailed-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven leader with a strong emphasis in the recruitment of high performers. Florian has over 14 years of experience leading support services teams in Healthcare environments.

Victor Coira

Director of Culinary Services

Originally from Puerto Rico Executive Chef Victor Coira was lured into the culinary world when his passion for this industry and for food was recognized at an early age. Victor went on to study at the Culinary Art in New York where he learned to develop his own unique style and flair. He continued with his career at exclusive restaurants and hospitals such as Prime Food Restaurants, Walt Disney World and Resorts, TREX Restaurants, Orlando Health and Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital. Victors culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend towards a healthier and down-to-earth lifestyle. Victors preference is to allow the natural flavors of food to express themselves.

Samantha Hamlin

Director of Dietetics & Nutrition

Samantha is a registered dietitian and practitioner of functional diagnostic nutrition providing nutrition expertise for Bristol Business Partners Menus and Menu Planning. She completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics and obtained her B.S of Science in Nutrition at University of North Florida graduating cum laude. While at UNF, she spent time abroad in Italy studying the Mediterranean diet and agricultural practices. She went on to complete Florida Hospital’s Dietetic Internship Program, which is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

Paul Byrne

Regional Director

Pauls responsibilities include overseeing the company's businesses portfolio In this role, he drives the strategic direction of these organizations, with a focus on enterprise customer engagements. Paul has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the advancement and promoting from within Bristol's workforce and was instrumental in developing Bristol's corporate-wide mentorship program for early- and mid-career team members.
